What you'll need

As a first-time Ellement Group Benefits user, you must register your account. For this, you will need your new benefit card, as in the registration process, you must provide your Group Number and Certificate Number found on your benefit card.

Create your username and password, and log in

1. Go to ellement.onlineclaimsaccess.net/
2. Click Register in the top right corner.
3. Enter the information requested, and create a username and password.
4. Click Register.

5. You will see the login page again, but now you can enter the username and password you just created.
6. Click Log in at the bottom.
7. You will now see the dashboard. Here, you can see recently submitted claims and the status of your submitted claims.

Download the app

1. Go to the AppStore (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search Ellement Group Benefits app. Click here to download the app.
2. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code below with your mobile device to download the Ellement mobile app.

Register

1. Open the application and tap Register Account in the bottom right corner.
2. Fill out the form with your information.
3. Create a username and password, then tap on Sign Up.
4. You will return to the login page. Enter the username and password just created, and tap Log in at the bottom of the screen.
5. Once logged in, you'll see the dashboard. Here, you can see recently submitted claims and the status of your submitted claims.
